Disposable Syringes
Skypack provides films, laminates and pouches for packing of disposable syringes these films are proven and time tested and meet the stringent requirement of sterilization (ETO and Gamma). Films and solutions provide a long shelf life of 5 years or more.

Skypack with its brand new, state of the art, fully automatic, Swiss made machines manufacturers. The typical applications include:
Skypack provides a range of peelable films and laminates for packing of surgical blades. These films are typically self peelable and fully compatible with Gamma sterilization. The packing can be designed for the blade to have a shelf life of upto 5 years or more.
Skypack provides thermoform able webs which are commonly used in packing of common intravenous (IV) kits like Cannulas, Infusion Sets, Blood transfusion Sets, Catheters etc. Typical range of films include PP/PE or PA/PE or APET or PETG. 
Skypack provides high barrier pouches used for packing of Pregnancy kits. 
Skypack provides high moisture barrier and easy tear films for packing of ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts). 
Skypack has films for making sterilization pouches which includes films which can seal and peel with Medcical grade paper and Tyvek, without the generation of any fibre. Preformed and self seal sterilization pouches can also be provided.
